The refund is made within 7 days of delivery of the mattress at our headquarters. The mattress is checked by our Quality Control department, and if it is in good condition the money is credited to the IBAN number you have stated on the order form.

The return policy is valid only for PNOEE adults mattresses – its not valid for baby PNOEE mattresses, pillow and accessories.

The ideal period is 30 nights. However, we recommend not to discard the mattress if you do not sleep in it for at least 10 nights.

Of course, Pnoee can also produce a mattress in special dimensions. Send us the dimensions you wish and we will answer you for the final price within 2 days. In case you are interested in a special design (eg boat mattress), it is essential that you send us the pattern. Please contact us if you need further instructions.

For the production of a mattress in special dimensions it may take extra days to ship.

The Pnoee mattress can be placed on all square-bed beds, in beds with straight solid surfaces, on the Pnoee bed, or even on the floor. However, we recommend that you place the Pnoee layer on a ventilated surface.

It is a mattress that matches 90% of the population. It is the only mattress in the Greek market that gives you a trial period of 30 days with the right to refund money in full.

This happens for two reasons. Firstly, because there are no intermediate resellers and secondly, our prices are not burdened with retail costs of running a shop.

The PNOEE mattress at its top has latex, a material that is known to breathe better than any other foam. Also, on top of the memory foam we have placed a layer of latex which has a direct return.

All modern mattresses are destroyed by sun exposure. This is because all layers now contain foam materials, even those traditionally called spring mattresses. Foam materials are sensitive to sun exposure. To combat mites, your new mattress gives you the advantage of a removable and washable cover. Additional protection gives you the waterproof protective cover.
